I’m so glad you found me. In many ways, I’ve been a doula my entire life. My journey began with my first experience attending a birth at age eleven, helping our family dog, Mitzu, bring her puppies into the world.

Later, experiencing the births of my own children only strengthened my passion and commitment to supporting expectant families through this profound journey.

Doula work is truly heart work for me. I’m devoted to creating a nurturing, empowering space where you feel confident, informed, and supported as you prepare to welcome your little one. My goal is to be both a calm presence and a guiding partner, helping you connect with your own strength and intuition as you grow your family. Every birth is a unique story, and I’m honored to support yours with compassion and care.

This is an opportunity to have your questions answered, to learn more about doula services, how I might best support your partner, and how postpartum doula work might help you integrate this new transition into parenthood.

I’ve worked with twins, vaginal births, cesarean births, home births, and VBAC births. I attend births at all Calgary and area hospitals, people’s homes, and the Arbor Birth Centre. I’m very happy to work with your care providers to create the most cohesive team environment that supports your best birth experience. I work graciously alongside midwives, family doctors, OBs, and nurses to bring an individualized support experience to your birth story, with you at the centre of your care.
